At Shlora Kids Wear, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
